Enquiries and orders
This website invites enquiries. It does not provide an online checkout, reserve equipment or enter you into a service contract. Completing an enquiry form prepares an email draft; you must send that email yourself.
Hardware supply and services are subject to a written quotation and an accepted order or service agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting entity, equipment, location, scope, price, taxes, payment milestones, delivery and acceptance requirements. Product availability and lead times must be confirmed in the quotation.
Equipment ownership and service scope
Ownership and title-transfer terms for purchased or financed equipment are stated in the relevant agreement. Bringing your equipment for hosting does not, by itself, transfer its ownership to OwnGPU.
The agreed scope must identify equipment records, facility services, remote hands, support responsibilities, access, maintenance and return or migration arrangements. Manufacturer warranty handling, insurance and responsibility for loss or damage are addressed in the applicable equipment and service terms.
Access to a facility does not imply a particular application availability guarantee. Refer to our service-level information and the specific signed schedule.
Prices, payments and cancellation
We confirm currency, taxes, deposits, recurring charges and any non-cancellable supplier commitments before an order is accepted. Cancellation, returns, refunds and termination are governed by the applicable accepted terms and any rights that cannot be excluded by law. A website illustration or an enquiry is not a price quotation.
Planned capabilities
Capacity leasing, equipment financing, sales and swaps labeled as planned are not currently promised by this website. Any future arrangement requires its own availability, eligibility and written terms. We do not promise rental utilization, equipment resale values or financing approval.
Responsible use and information
You must provide accurate information, have the right to use the equipment, software and data involved, and follow our Acceptable Use Policy where it is incorporated into your service agreement. Do not send passwords, access keys or sensitive workload data through the enquiry form.

OwnGPU branding and original website material belong to Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or their respective rights holders.
