Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates OwnGPU and is responsible for the personal information it receives through OwnGPU enquiries. Our registered address is A-103, iThum, Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Contact info@owngpu.in with privacy questions or requests. Information you choose to provide
The enquiry dialog asks for your name, company, work email, preferred location and requirements. The site keeps those entries in the current browser form; it does not submit them to a form-processing server or save them to an OwnGPU website account.
For short enquiries, “Continue in email” opens your email application with a draft. Longer enquiries have a copy-and-email option: “Copy details” puts the text on your device's clipboard for you to paste into an email. Your device and email application handle that text under their own settings. OwnGPU receives the message only if you send it. We may receive the information in your email, its sender and routing metadata, attachments and subsequent correspondence.
Please send a short business description first. Do not include passwords, API keys, identity documents or confidential customer datasets. We can agree a suitable channel if further information is necessary.
Technical information and hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, date and time to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults.
We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts or optional tracking cookies to this website. Its fonts and images are served with the site. Essential infrastructure or security processing may still occur. Your browser and email application may also retain information under their own settings.
How we use enquiry information
We use information you send to understand your requirements, reply, prepare a quotation, arrange requested services, maintain related business records and handle security or legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, we request it for that purpose. We do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare supplies website hosting and, when enabled for the domain, email routing. Email providers and authorized personnel may process correspondence to deliver it and respond. We may share relevant requirements with a supplier when needed to prepare or perform a requested service, subject to the scope and confidentiality arrangements agreed with you.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Hosting customer GPU equipment in India is not a statement that all website or email processing remains in India.
Retention and your requests
We retain correspondence and associated records for as long as needed for the enquiry, an agreed service, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a single retention period for every record type.
You can ask us about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We will assess and respond to the request under applicable law, including any identity checks or retention obligations. If you have a concern about our response, tell us so it can be escalated through the company.
Customer workloads and policy changes
This page describes the public website and enquiries. Handling of hosted workloads, administrative access, backups and deletion is addressed in the relevant service and data-processing arrangements. Do not infer those arrangements from this website notice.
This site is intended for business enquiries, not children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us. We will update this notice when the website's data flow materially changes and display the revision date above.
