Scope
This policy describes the acceptable-use baseline for OwnGPU services when incorporated into an accepted order or service agreement. It is operated by Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The agreement may add workload, facility, network and software-specific requirements.
Lawful and authorized workloads
You must have the rights, permissions and licenses needed for your software, models, datasets and equipment. Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, infringement, child sexual abuse material, unlawful disclosure of personal information or other unlawful content.
Protect other systems and customers
- Do not access, scan or test systems without the necessary authorization.
- Do not distribute malware, run phishing or credential-theft operations, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or operate services that enable abuse of other networks.
- Do not bypass access controls or tenant isolation, impersonate another customer or inspect data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not interfere with physical controls, monitoring, cooling, power or cabling.
Any authorized security-testing workload must be agreed in scope before it is run on the service.
Resource use and access
Stay within the power, bandwidth, storage, compute and access allocation in your order. Agree sustained changes or unusual workloads in advance. Cryptocurrency mining requires explicit written approval. Give access only to authorized users and protect their credentials.
Leasing capacity to third parties through OwnGPU requires an agreed arrangement covering access, isolation, usage windows, operating responsibility and settlement. Equipment ownership alone does not authorize changes to shared infrastructure or another customer's allocation.
Responsibilities and incident handling
The service agreement assigns responsibility for applications, patching, backups, data protection and incident response. Report suspected compromise or abuse promptly. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, other customers or comply with law, including restricting affected access where necessary under the applicable agreement.
Where permitted and practical, we will explain the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. Suspension, termination, data handling and release of equipment follow the applicable agreement and law; this policy does not itself transfer ownership of customer hardware.
